Do you issue written contracts?
When you book with us, we will send you a booking form and terms and
conditions detailing exactly what services we will provide and what we
will need you to do. Once the booking form is signed and booking fee
paid, our service is guaranteed.
Why isn’t the booking fee refundable?
As professionals, we depend on our work to make a living – we don’t
do this as a part-time job! By accepting your booking, we may have to
turn down other offers of work.
Are you reliable?
Your Perfect Night is a company specialising in disco associated
services. We are all professionals and pride ourselves in providing a
first class service. Once you have booked with us, you can be assured
that your event will be our top priority.
My mate says he can do a disco for £50.
Why should I book you?
As with all purchases, whether it’s a car, a pair of shoes or a disco,
you get what you pay for! Spending £50 on a disco might seem like good
value, but you are unlikely to get the reliability and high quality that
a professional DJ service can provide. When you book Your Perfect Night,
you are guaranteed a professional high quality service.
What's so good about your gear?
I’ve seen complete disco kits on sale for less than you charge for a
night’s entertainment…
There is a vast difference between the cheap disco kits available from
high street electronics stores and true professional equipment. The
cheap kits are fine for a garden barbecue party, but can’t match a
professional system for atmosphere and sound quality. We only use high
quality equipment from reputable manufacturers and we always ensure we
have sufficient power available in our system to provide superb quality
sound and lighting all night long. In addition, we always carry spares
and all our equipment is regularly serviced and tested to comply with
regulations. We are continuously updating our equipment to ensure we are
at the cutting edge of entertainment technology.
Can we choose the music that you play?
We are more than happy to play requests or use pre-arranged
guidelines. We would discourage rigid playlists as this can
restrict the DJ's creativity. When constructing guidelines for the DJ,
please consider that the music you like to listen to at home or in the
car may not be right for the dance floor.
How will you be dressed? I don’t like
the idea of a DJ in jeans and t-shirt.
On arrival and during the setting up, our staff wear corporate work
clothing. Once the disco is ready and the venue prepared, we change into
evening dress - Black, smart work wear.
When will you set up? The last time I
went to a wedding, the disco was setting up during the speeches.
We always arrive and set up before the function starts, even if this
means setting up several hours before the scheduled start time. We can
discuss this with you when you make your booking.
How many people can your sound system
cope with?
Our standard system can provide enough high quality music power for
events of up to approximately 450 guests. The Go Large Package can
perform to 800 guests and the Mobile Nightclub to over 1000 guests.
Packages are flexible to tailor to the venue, so contact us if you’re
planning a huge party for thousands of guests!
Can you provide background music and
microphones for the speeches at my wedding?
We can offer complete packages for weddings including music for the
ceremony, microphones, video projectors for speeches, contact us for
